  Our Mission Statement...

Vine Ripe Kids is a homeschooling group providing local support to families in East Orlando and surrounding areas, seeking to glorify our Lord by utilizing God given talents, offering... faith based encouragement, support in marriage and parenting, educational training for parents teaching at home, a variety of hands-on opportunities for service within our group and community,  and many family and student opportunities to enhance the education process, including, but not limited to, field trips, cultural events, and educational clubs, classes, group wide and community events.

  • To encourage service of each others' God-given gifts and talents within our group for the purpose of God's glory.
  • To encourage love of God, His word, and His supernatural power.  To encourage love of spouse.
  • To encourage love of children, and to provide support in training them up.
  • To provide support in the home education process.
  • To encourage love of neighbors, and to provide opportunities for service and outreach both within our group and in our community.
  Our History...

Beginning with a long time God-inspired vision, His perfect timing allowed the launch of our first meeting, at which 5 ladies met and gathered in mid-August, 2006.  It has been an amazing journey to see the growth of our group attracting Godly women & many missionary families.  It has been confirmed many times over that this group is meeting a great need, and is an answer to the prayers of many.  Praise to God!

In Fall 2007, Vine Ripe Kids became goverened by a team of four Board of Directors, whom volunteer their time for the well being of our group, and continue to enhance our growth for the future.  Some of our recent community service events have included our frequent visits to the Life Care Center, aiding with a fundraiser for Kids Beating Cancer, and knitting hats for babies in FL Hospital NICU by our Keepers at Home girls.

By Winter 2007, we have grown to over 30 families, and growing.
